1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data
IncorpLab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operating as IncorpLab, is responsible for your personal data.

2. What We Collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, address.
- Identity documents: passport or national ID, proof of address, and, if requested, a verification photo.
- Company details: company name, members, ownership percentages, business activity.
- Tax information needed for EIN, ITIN or tax filing services.
- Trademark details: the mark, goods and services, and specimens.
- Payment details: billing name and address. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store them.
- Communications: emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and booked calls.
- Website data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and cookie data (see section 8).
3. Why We Use It
- To deliver your order: preparing and submitting filings to states, the IRS and trademark offices (necessary to perform our contract with you).
- To verify identity and meet anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations (legal obligation).
- To send deadline reminders for services you have purchased (contract).
- To answer your questions and provide support (contract and legitimate interest).
- To understand how the website is used and measure our advertising (legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it).
- To keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
4. Who We Share It with
We share personal data only as needed to provide our services:
- Government agencies: state Secretaries of State, the IRS and trademark offices, as part of your filings.
- Partner firms: our trademark partner firm and the attorneys or agents who file for you, and our partner CPA for ITIN and tax filing services.
- Registered agent partner: to receive official documents for your company.
- Service providers that host or process data for us: website hosting and database, email delivery, appointment scheduling (Google Calendar), and messaging (WhatsApp).
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and Meta (including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API), to measure site use and advertising performance.
- Our payment processor, to process payments.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International Transfers
We operate from Sri Lanka and our service providers are located in the United States and other countries. Your data may be processed outside your country. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep personal data for as long as we provide services to you, and afterwards for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, ask us to restrict or stop using it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@incorplab.com. We reply within 30 days. Some data cannot be deleted while we are required by law to keep it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use necessary cookies to run the website, and analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to measure use and advertising. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and documents are stored with access restricted to the people who need them to deliver your order. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.
10. Children
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
